Catherine works with the senior leaders and their teams from start-ups to large organisations using a blend of methods including systems thinking, process work, non-violent communication, and creative tools like poetry, drawing and journaling. 
She has spent over twenty years in the technology and insurance sectors.
Her focus is to help clients have the conversation with themselves or their teams that they are unable to have on their own. Client’s highlight her unwavering focus on seeing the possibilities, and facing the difficult conversations with empathy, intellect and humour.
From the foundation of a degree in Computer Science, she has experience in a wide range of roles from programmer, project manager, leader and strategy advisor. She retrained and certified as a coach in 2012, and now runs her own business. 
Her clients include a range of large insurers, and early stage startup companies in the technology and consulting sectors. She specializes in working with startup teams to be intentional about their leadership impact and the emerging culture.
In addition to her coaching work, she DJ’s Friday nights, is a business mentor on the women mentorship program for the Cherie BlairFoundation and mentors people through the 12-month CTI Leadership development program.
