Tom previously held leadership positions at Pearson and Penguin Random House UK and is experienced in enabling new market opportunities, leading global teams through complex change management programmes, and creating partnership ecosystems. 
Tom has a degree in Modern Chinese Studies from Durham University and Renmin University of China, and is based in the UK.
