When everybody was sent home during the lockdown, Michael and Suzie started questioning what they were going to do with the time and restrictions they're in. The two stumbled across the book, Multiple Streams of Income from a mini book club they started. Then and there, Michael and Suzie knew that they could do it too!
In this episode, Michael and Suzie reiterate the magic of having the right team and education. They believe that while for some multifamily syndication can get tricky, having different creative minds that know other things you don't prove one thing: you don't have to do everything yourself.
