Thank you Paula

I came across this when my partner bought me wireless headphones. It was suggested podcasts are a great “hobby”. I came across Paula when I searched mental health. I can’t speak for anyone else but I’ve been coping much better with my daily life and my sleep has been immaculate! I have severe mental health issues and I thought nothing would ever help me but Paula has helped me. I’m so grateful for this podcast and I recommend it to family and friends. Paula is so relatable and she seems to put into words the thoughts I struggle to communicate about. Great woman!
