Hola y bienvenidos al I Crush Barbecue Show, les saluda su servidor Abraham Delgado.  Me da mucho gusto poder lanzar nuestro primer episidio en Español.  Ahora que nos estamos preparando para el siguente Monterrey Barbecue Fest, dije pues porque no nos regresamos al evento del año pasado donde entreviste a various participantes y fanaticos del BBQ.   No se vayan a perder El Monterrey BBQ Fest este año que se va a llevar acabo el Sabado 7 de Ocubre, no se lo pierdan!  Ojala y les guste y nos sigan apollando!

For my first episode of 2023, I chat with my buddy Hector Garate of Palmira Barbecue.  Hector burst into the BBQ Scene with his Puerto Rican Roots and creative mind and he's blown away his customers with amazing Carolina Latino-inspired Barbecue.  He's had some incredible collaborations including one with my good buddy, John Bates of Interstellar, and just this past weekend with Koi Barbecue in Houston.  They have some big plans for this year and they are laser-focused.   I hope you enjoy the Show!

In this episode I take you with me to the Monterrey BBQ Fest!! The first BBQ event of its kind & the first KCBS competition ever, in Mexico. I believe we also had the first Texas Pitmaster to wrestle a luchador in Mexico as well!!  It was an incredible time and I’m happy that I get to share part of the experience, with you!  I will also have a Spanish version coming out very soon, so be on the look out for it! In this episode I take you back to the Heritage Craft Barbecue Invitational which was a celebration of their 2nd year Anniversary.  This event was the best BBQ event that California has ever seen.  We had some of the TOP Barbecue Pitmasters from across the country.  We also had the pioneers of Craft Barbecue from California and some of the up and coming beasts of Cali BBQ.  If you didn't make it out, I'm sad you missed out but at least I hope to provide a taste of the action.  I was able to interview quite a few of the pitmasters, there were 40+ so unfortunately I wasn't able to interview all of them, but we had some great representation.  I promise, you won't want to miss the next one!  I hope you enjoy the show!

In this Episode, I chat with my buddy Derrick Walker from Smoke-A-Holics Barbecue in Fort Worth Texas.  Derrick has been slanging BBQ for many years, he was doing popups before popups were cool!  I dropped by during a BBQ Run I did with my dad where we hit 26 spots in about a week back in December of last year.  Smoke-A-Holics was definitely one of the highlights of that trip and I was able to chat with Derrick earlier this year.  With his Culinary background and homestyle cooking they coined the phrase TexSoul  which  is Texas Barbecue with a Soul Food twist.  If you haven't been, you have to stop by this Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joint!  BTW, Smoke-A-Holics has already confirmed that they will be at The Heritage Barbecue Invitational, which is an event that will be held in San Juan Capistrano California to celebrate Heritage Barbecue's 2nd Anniversary on August 13th.  Get your tickets to that if you haven't yet!  In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the show, this is Derrick Walker with Smoke-A-Holics!

In this episode I talk to the most famous BBQ Pitmaster you may have never heard of unless you're in the BBQ Circles.  He's a BBQ World Champion and this year he was part of Mexico's 3rd place finish in the World Championship on a team led by Mexico's biggest BBQ ambassador Luis Rivas. BTW, That was the best result ever by an international team at the World Championship.  BBQ saved his life and this is his inspiring story.  It's my pleasure to have my buddy Smokin Willy T, aka William Tischina on the show.
