Dear Alice

Thankyou so very much for sharing your story. People don’t seem to realise that their ignorance of schizophrenia and the stigma attached is sometimes as frightening to a sufferer as the disease itself. Losing faith and trust in people could increase anxiety, and make the voices worse.

I have shared your story with as many folk as I can, to help reduce the stigma of this disease. You are such an amazing lady, and I have been truly enlightened by your inspirational podcast.

Yours with sincere gratitude and every best wish for your bright future,

Jay x
