Episode 70: Podcast from the edge
Anyone else feeling full-on feral? This week we talk about bed jumpers; run through the technicolour spectrum of walks we are taking and roll around in the ways we’ve aged since March 2020.

Episode 69: Mandy Saligari
This time last year, we recorded a podcast with phenomenal therapist Mandy Saligari about self-esteem and how we can meet the demands that life throws at us without constantly running on empty. Little did we bloody know! Anyway now that we have nothing left to give - and yet more and more is asked of us - we thought we’d bring Mandy back. Because she’s a badass who helps people untangle their demons. We talk about how to feel your feelings, conquer that insidious personal isolation and why this is yet another f***ing growth opportunity...

And, right now, what do we need more than little, affordable portals of escape? A book - the most joyful way to think outside of yourself. Even when you’re stuck inside contemplating the end of the world as we know it.
P.S. Her shockingly sexy book Insatiable is out in February

Customer Reviews
Mandy Saligari Episode
I adore Mandy’s insight and love hearing her ideas.
I also find her intensely advertising the 12 steps very jarring. 12 steps don’t work for everyone (most that join) sometimes these groups can re-create traumatic family dynamics or burden people with religious confusion, I found them to be high demand and most dangerously; not supervised so you go there, trigger yourself through sharing your inner most thoughts/listen to others then rely on completely toxic/ unqualified people to help you navigate it.
You have to chant the same passages every time, do loads of jobs to spread the word.
The best thing I did was leave 12 steps.
Thank God
I’ve never actually written a podcast review before but feel this is the podcast I’ve been searching for, for the past 10 YEARS. As an anxiety ridden, overwrought 29 year old, tuning in to you guys is like relaxing with two mates. Which I REALLY need right now. So thank you. Now I get to work my way through the back catalogue, yay!
The Best
Love this podcast , I look forward to every Thursday .
