INSIDE THE TALIBAN The Andy Rowe Show

    • Society & Culture

When Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, Kiwi reporter Charlotte Bellis made headlines around the world.
At the Taliban’s first press conference in Kabul it was Bellis, a blonde haired, blue eyed westerner who brazenly questioned the organisations leaders on women’s rights.
Fast forward to a year later, it was the Taliban that would offer her assistance when the New Zealand government wouldn’t let her into her own country.
