Pocrescophobia
Pocrescophobia, the fear of gaining weight, many young adults are worried about this while being in quarantine, less physical activity. Procrastination, the action of delaying or postponing something, also many young adults and students are experiencing this more than ever. I know both of these are relevant in my life so I make attempts at fixing up my habits. We also discuss my boring day and my opinions on lifting quarantine. And school is returning in July?!?!
