His Leadership Top Tip; Be honest and stay true to yourself. Anything less will be unsustainable, found out and ultimately lead to failure and disappointment. The best way to reach the summit or destination is to soar like an eagle, gallop like a thoroughbred horse or glide like a dolphin and you can only do this if you are always genuine and true to yourself
