It really doesn’t. Look around you for the people who died and the life they led before their demise; good or bad. No matter the lies we try to tell ourselves, the truth is that it all becomes useless to them the moment they had their last breath. This realization of the nothingness after death (at least on earth) is what has led to the chase for status in our various societies so that our legacy shocks the very foundation of time. The chase of “clout” has caused the deliberation of life determining ideologies amongst the elite of our various societies. Let’s analyze this together.
