It’s a fun podcast for grown ups

Love this podcast - the girls are younger than me and my children are now grown up but it’s relevant for all 35+ IMO. Mixture of chat, advice, great book and tv show reviews - all delivered in relaxed natural style. I want to be their friend

It’s a Grown Up Life is fab!

What a refreshing mix of real life challenges and situations that specifically relate to my mid-40’s life. Interesting interviews, great film, tv and book reviews and a real life expert each episode. I relish each new one and really enjoy. Highly recommend
