Since the millennium, Ryan has purchased over 200 high cash flowing properties using his unique, no money down, financing methods. His strategies utilise; planning gains, refurbs, off-plan, guaranteed rent, lease options, student lets, serviced accommodation, HMO’s, negative equity and dozens more…
He successfully built a multi-million pound portfolio before the property crash hit in 2008, and positioned himself as one of the first guaranteed rent arbitrage companies. Ryan went on to expand his business further, delivering keynote speeches throughout the UK, and taking it upon himself to help landlords, entrepreneurs, businesses and investors use his investment methods to increase their own cash flow in the aftermath of the 2008 property crash.
In 2011 Ryan lost everything, including his wife; home, children, and all of the wealth he had built up; when he was sentenced to nearly 5 years in prison for a crime that was carried out by a life-long friend, and found himself in a maximum-security prison, alongside some of the country’s most dangerous and high-profile criminals.
He turned this negative situation into a positive one, and trained to become a Samaritan, meaning his time in prison was spent helping other inmates who were contemplating, and had even attempting suicide in custody.
Ryan left custody with £175,000 of debt, but has gone on to build a multi-million pound portfolio, turning over £1/2 million pounds in the last 12 months.
And right now, in the economic crash, Ryan has restructure his companies by using his most up to date and high cash flow strategies, in order to to pull his company, his business partners, and his audience through the economic crash of 2020.

I stayed at one of your properties a few days ago via booking.com Otto Investments Limited on 16th August took a deposit of £99.00 and I have not been refunded this amount. Your team have not been responsive to booking.com or myself. They won’t provide me with clear evidence as to why they are not giving me back my money and are saying it is because of a burn mark but they won't tell me where or send me additional pictures. I don’t smoke and I would never smoke in a property so I don’t know how that “burn mark” would have gotten there. Also it does look like a bit of mud and not a burn mark.
