This epic feat of endurance will include cycling the length of the UK, swimming the country’s three largest lakes and running up the three highest peaks, all in just 14 days! We chat about his cold-water training techniques and how he prepares himself, both physically and mentally, for such an enormous challenge.
When he’s not filming or taking part in physical challenges, Jay fills his time running a successful clothing brand, Thrudark, and surfing.
