We discuss the themes it explores including masculinity, grief, brotherhood and fatherhood.

Fiona also works full-time as a teacher. We discuss her teaching journey, the impact that social media has had on the mental health of boys and girls in Gen-Z (including her own children) and the impact that losing her father had on her in December 2020.
