Proud to be a part of the industrial strength show family!

The industrial strength show isn't just a podcast about lifting weights. Joe DeFranco is one of the most respected coaches in the fitness industry but that's UNDER-SELLING him and the show. Joe offers so much insight and wisdom in a space where people with far less knowledge are protective and territorial about giving away too much for free. If you listen to the show regularly enough, you'll learn far more than you can from any certification (besides the CPPS of course :)).

The industrial strength show is entertaining, full of knowledge bombs and often showcases great guests. The calibre of the guests on the show are a testiment to the respect that Joe has within the industry - nothing but A-listers! To top it off, Joe really makes you feel like you're part of the family and is so welcoming to any questions the listeners have. A true gent and a legend in the industry. Thank you Joe D!

5-Star PERSONALITY, PASSION and EXPERTISE!

With my job as a postman, it has given me the perfect opportunity to binge-listen to past episodes of the show that I haven’t heard before and even re-listen to some of my favourite episodes. I started from the very beginning of the show and I am slowly working my way through each episode, taking in all the valuable information from Joe and his illustrious list of guests. I never really took notice of the podcast intro before now, despite listening to hundreds of episodes. Even though I am listening to every single episode, I never skip the badass intro to the show. In the intro it says “and now he’s bringing his PERSONALITY, PASSION and EXPERTISE to you”. Like I said, before now I never really thought anything of this but after listening to the show over and over again, the other day, this really stood out to me. I believe this is what makes The Industrial Strength Show. Even though I don’t personally know Joe, I certainly feel like I do after listening to episodes with his family and friends and Joe’s PERSONALITY is definitely someone who I feel I would be good friends with if I ever got the chance to meet Joe. Joe’s PASSION in his field, is what I feel, makes Joe so successful at what he does best. To be able to provide thousands of hours of free information to hundreds of thousands of fans/listeners truly speaks for Joe’s passion in the industry. Which brings me on to Joe’s EXPERTISE. His passion and expertise go hand-in-hand. Joe’s expertise is second-to-none and shows his vast experience in the industry, covering all things lifting and nutrition, as well as life skills and manners. Joe, keep up to good work and keep the episodes coming, getting me through the cold and wet UK weather delivering people’s mail. Daniel Makin!
