Joe is a unit

Been a follower and listener of joe since the raw age of 17, and since buying into joes methods and programmes I’m an absolute weapon. The podcast helps for those days when your brain is scrambled from doing a heavy session and need some boosting for how you’re gonna recover the next day. Rate this podcast a full 5 stars and listen to two a day (one before and one after a sesh) then take a protein shake to the head and you’re good to go.

The topics on the podcast are classic, but don’t be a killjoy and skip to the middle of a podcast just to hear how many reps and sets you should be doing and then log off. You’d be down with people who probably don’t mind the water that comes outta a ketchup bottle and that’s gross.

Anyways, 10/10 for the pod, I’m already set to be loaded like an AK-47 this summer thanks to Joe, Calvin and the whole insider.
