Just before Christmas I met up online with John Corney, another of my mastermind clients. When I first met John, he had just sold his internet services businesses to a large aggregator for a considerable sum - but it had taken him nearly 25 years to reach that milestone. And whilst John was in no mood to retire, he was looking for a new business, one that could grow much faster and with less direct input from him. The thought of dealmaking appealed to John and the rest, as they say is history.
