In addition, she serves as Founder and Executive Director of Diversity in STEM Outreach Project a nonprofit based out of Atlanta that focus on early literacy and foundational STEM skills in underserved communities.

Niakesha is certified in Human Resources with 20 years of industry experience in the public and private sectors.
