In this episode we spoke with Justin Sidelle via Skype. Justin is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu running the grappling program at Team Quest, Chang Mai, Thailand.
We talk about his Jiu Jitsu journey from when he started back in 2005 training in San Fransisco through to receiving his black belt from Olavo Abreu at Phuket Top Team.
He has been able to create the ultimate Jiu Jitsu lifestyle which allows him to live by the principles that he holds most important to him.
