    • Sport

In this episode I catch up with Karl Steadman who works as part of the Crossfit HQ seminar staff. Karl started his Crossfit career in 2004, opened his first gym in 2006 and joined the seminar staff in 2009 where he travels the world delivering the Crossfit methodology via their certification program. With well over a decade of experience on the seminar staff, you will be hard pressed to find another coach who has worked with as many S&C coaches, from beginners through to the highly experienced. Throughout our conversation Karl shares his thoughts on what makes a good coach, to get started as a coach and how to effectively progress your career. With lessons that are applicable regardless of the sport you are involved in, this is an episode not to be missed!
