My intent for creating the Let's Talk about Grief podcasts is to begin a dialogue to help you understand the grieving process and how to navigate through it after a death or other significant loss. I discovered that here in the West, when it comes to death, dying or other losses we really don't know how to deal with them particularly well. Yes, grieving is messy but then tears are healing and your emotions are your internal GPS. This series will cover many topics via interviews with experts in the field. You will hear uplifting stories shared by people who have experienced loss. How they coped and what their loss has taught them. Grief isn't just reserved to a death as you will discover as you delve into each episode.
