Happiness Gold Star for this podcast

I have been enjoying this podcast for the last few years and find that in every episode there is a thoughtful idea, hack or moment of reflection that I can immediately build into my own life to cultivate happiness. I like all the different formats of the podcast and feel that the two hosts are really invested and thoughtful about the quality of the content they are producing.
The happiness trifecta but particularly the list of yearly goals has helped me over the last few years to really refine what I want to achieve and what will maximise my happiness and my #24 list is going well.
A huge gold star to Gretchen and Liz for the time, effort and energy they put into creating this podcast and community around it - it brings me so much pleasure and I highly recommend it.

This makes me MORE Happier!

I have been listening to this podcast for many, many years and for many years I have been meaning to write a review but as Gretchen says, things that can happen at anytime happen at no time so I’m finally doing it!

This podcast has gotten me through depressive spells, times of anxiety and also just been an utter joy to listen to during happy spells. Listening to the two sisters talk you feel like you are in the safety of your old friends. During walks and long car journeys, hearing their relatable voices has made my ears and my life so much happier. THANK YOU GRETCHEN AND ELIZABETH!
