Episode #14 Building a sustainable brand "I didn't have a clue"
“That was one of my favourite chats so far” – George.
George & Em share their experiences of growing a sustainable brand in this week’s podcast, during a time where going out on your own and taking that risk may seem scarier than ever.
George opens up about his early David Lloyd days as a personal trainer and just a few of the key critical success that got him to where he is today. This pod takes a look at some of the critical success factors, with the standout being Em stepping into the business and helping take it to the next level, by taking over control of finances and working ON the business rather than working IN the business.
The couple dive into a few of the biggest mistakes they have had to learn the hard way, so that hopefully you don’t make the same ones!
We hope whether you are an entrepreneur or an inspiring entrepreneur you find good value in this podcast and decide to take that leap of fear.
As always, we love hearing from you! So please do dm, email, share, review or whatever you fancy!
In the meantime, please stay safe & be kind.

Performing at the highest level with Adam Webster.
As we continue to motivate, educate and inspire our audience, it is a pleasure to welcome Brighton & Hove Albion defender & good friend of ours Adam Webster onto the podcast.
This episode of ‘Living With Intent’ we dig deep into the life of a professional athlete, taking a look at what it took Webster to make it to the Premier League.
We discuss the footballer’s nutrition, day to day life at Brighton & Hove training ground and finally we answer some of the questions we received around discipline and how it’s like to play during a pandemic.
We hope you enjoy & if you have any questions for us please get in contact on socials!
Ratings, reviews & shares are always appreciated!
Episode #12 Achieving success "George used to get called a donkey"
Episode 12 is all about success!
Firstly, we start with our first ever radio appearance on Capital Brighton FM! Which wasn’t far from the anti-climax when Mick was interviewed by police in Gavin & Stacey, but hey celebrate your small wins.
The journey for both George & Em has not been easy with both of them sacrificing a lot. This episode they discuss what they perceive to be success, tips to achieve success and what the pair have given up to get where they are today!
We answer questions about George & Em’s mentor and training programmes!
We love to hear from you so if you enjoy our podcast please get in touch with questions & reviews!
Episode #11 - How to get back on track "everyones routine has been thrown out the window"
How to get back on track!
Now more than ever people’s routines have gone out the window, following the new COVID-19 guidelines it looks like ‘normality’ will not resume for some time. We thought we would share our top tips for getting back on track with your nutrition, training and mindset.
During this episode we take a look at times we have fallen off track, how we managed during lockdown and tips we feel can really help you get out of the rut you may be in.
It is an extremely tough time for everyone right now! If you ever need to talk, please feel free to message either myself or George and we will try help out where we can.
We hope you enjoy, as always please rate & review us, post on socials and get in contact - we always love hearing from you.
Episode #10 - Social Media "It's not all doom and gloom"
After Em watched ‘The Social Dilemma’ we thought it was only right we discussed all things social media in this episode.
We take a look at how we use social platforms in a positive way and protect ourselves from zapping our own energy by scrolling news feeds that make us compare and inflict negative thoughts.
We both believe that social media can be used positively as long as you use it in the right manor, understanding that when you see something that makes you feel bad or unhappy you stop and unfollow or mute that account.
It’s not all negative! George discusses how he has used Instagram to motivate, inspire and educate him throughout his personal training career. He also recommends a few good quality social media accounts that have helped him including Lift The Bar, Squat University, PT Coach and Mark Coles.
Finally, we can’t wait for our open day on Saturday 26th September if you are around, please pop in and say hello!
