When it came to choosing a career however, she knew she wanted to be an art dealer in America but not before figuring out how to get there. Stepping off a plane in 1992 for an internship with Christie’s, it was her first sale of a painting that would become the lifeline enabling her to stay and pursue her dream of dealing art in New York City.
