Relaxing and beautiful
I love the attention to detail that Adam puts into making the podcast, it's a beautifully relaxing experience, combining soundscapes, music and words of kindness and wisdom, it's always a great start to my day.
What we all need
I’d like to say I have a good balance of yoga and meditation practice but I’m always wanting to find more tools to get through this thing called life especially now more than ever. Fearne cotton spoke about the cv19 podcast so I listened in and it summed up the world emotions of the time and helped calm my emotions down. I then discovered him on Instagram and the daily lives are little snippets of amazing guided mediation that have now improved my mindfulness and helped me get the most out of each day. A voice and personality that is so connected and engaging it’s like your own personal guru keeping you grounded and connected to the world & life. Thank you Gaba! My latest listen is manhood.. I cried in my run as I could relate to it is much, a true gift ilks always to listen in xx
