Great podcast!
Very interesting and funny, love to learn more about my favourite country with Luca!! Grazie
Very interesting and informative
I’ve been really enjoying these podcasts, which I discovered about 2 weeks ago. My favourite so far is the one that tells you how the menu structure works in Italy. It was so useful to me. I’ve been to Italy a few times now, but I still didn’t understand how their menu worked, and normally ended up ordering too much or too little food. Thank goodness for this podcast! I now understand the menu structure and am all ready for my next visit to bella Italia as soon as this pandemic is over.
Luca’s Italy- Tomato
Another interesting and entertaining piece of Italian culinary history from Luca. Full of amazing information from Luca’s encyclopaedic knowledge of Italian history and cooking. This latest podcast brought a very special memory for me of the occasion I was visiting my Nonno Mario in Cassino and I helped him pick his crop of tomatoes and then watched as my aunts all worked together to transform it into delicious passata. Thank you Luca for these podcasts, they are becoming a highlight of my week and definitely something to look forward to. Keep them coming!👍🙂
