This episode Mia McLeod chats with Luke Morris, Managing Director of the Liptember Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting women's mental health. Luke started the Liptember initiative 10 years ago when he was just 24 years old. Luke noticed that there were support groups like Movember popping up for men, but at the time, no mental health charities supporting women. He was in a job he wasn’t particularly enjoying so he decided to jump feet first into building his very own charity from the ground up.
