Making Room with Solitude Hello Joy!

This month we are talking all about the joy of being A-L-O-N-E. Solitude has given me the space to breathe and silence my committees. With silence comes hella reflection; so here are the lessons I’ve learned from solitude and folks in my life who’ve encouraged me to embrace it wholeheartedly when I can.
