Not a man vs fat member, mostly because there isn’t one local to me. This podcast however has been great for focusing the mind on weight loss over the last few months whilst I’ve been going through the back catalogue.
Listened to every one over last year and half been quality bit thin on podcasts so far this year but still helpful to listen
I’m in my first season at man v fat in Durham. Loving the whole thing except the bloody injuries.
Great pod lads good tips and excellent motivation.
