With over a decade's experience applying anthropology to business contexts, Mario sits down with Brad Jennings, a People and Change Director at Newton, to tackle the question: What is anthropology, and why should we care about it in the workplace?
In this first episode of our fourth season, amongst other things, Mario and Brad discuss different organisational culture types. The two take us on a journey as they delve into how culture impacts employee attitudes and performance, asking: How can anthropology help organisations change?
