Marisa Oliva - Scissor-tailed Flycatcher

Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
8 oz club soda
Juice from half a peach (or ¼ cup peach nectar)
Ice

(Mocktail adaptation: leave out the vodka)

Directions
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add vodka and lemon juice, then top with soda water.
3. Juice a peach into the glass
4. Stir gently and serve.
