Coach Mark Kozminski joins Samantha Baines for a very honest chat about his divorce and addictions. The two discuss goals, self sabotage, bringing up children and being vulnerable. Mark explains his moment of change being a horrific car crash, after which he was arrested for drink driving and then did a work out in his jail cell to change his mind set (as you do). He is very open about a culture of drinking after work and the signs that his gambling was getting out of control. As part of his recovery journey, Mark discusses the importance of moving everyday, talking and also talking in ink - writing down what you want from your life.
