Mary Massey On: Grief led me to Fitness & Life Coaching Wonder Women Club

Mary's journey to become a life coach began over 13 years ago when I found myself depressed after her father’s passing. Having lost her mom at a young age, she learned to grow up fast but never had the tools she needed to help her overcome loss and other childhood traumas. She found relief through running, yoga and Zumba® Fitness. Eventually she became a Group Fitness Instructor and was blessed to be able to provide the same therapy to others. The natural progression from there was becoming a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and now Life Coach.
We discuss grief and the process of healing that works for each individual and what it takes to empower yourself from overthinking to achieving your goals and dreams.
