In a world of uncertainty, one the biggest superpowers you can have is to be able to tap into your innate wisdom, a deeper knowing that guides you.

In this episode, I invite my husband, Babs, on my podcast for the first time to talk about how we each experience this and the crucial difference between 'knowing' something based on a belief system, versus just...knowing.

And of course, how you access this.

Together we will be hosting a retreat in February 2024 where part of the focus will be creating the environment to drop into this knowing, and then be able to take this into your everyday life.

The ReBoot

During the last two weeks we've seen the world tip on it's axis.  Again.  This time, the spotlight is very firmly on Israel & Hamas.

There is no doubt, the impact of these events are being felt on a global scale, and we are in very early days right now of this unfolding.  However, as with any event like this, there are individuals and communities that are so acutely impacted to the point of devastation that it leaves many of us who are outside of those communities, feeling either helpless or possible even numb as it's potentially too much to look in that direction for fear of pain in the heart.

As I searched in my soul for a way on the sideline, to at least feel like I could be helping in some way, I was contacted by a dear Jewish friend of mine, Danielle Sunberg, who offered her experience of what was truly helpful and healing right now.

This is in no way a conversation about political views.  It's a conversation about humanity and one I believe everyone could benefit from hearing right now.

There are some people in the world that are quietly moving through life in a masterful way.   Joyce Maudslien is one of those people.

In her late 20's Joyce heard a clear voice of guidance that came from beyond her own thinking mind.  Since then she's carved her path with one clear beacon of light.  Love.  She's now embarking on her legacy work with such passion it's breathtaking and I was fortunate enough to experience the fruits of her labour in the most profound way as I share in this podcast episode.

This year started with an unexpected cancer diagnosis and what followed was a journey that took all my consciousness to navigate it in a calm way.

Your experience of everything is dependent on the ability to look at things through a higher perspective, whilst at the same time allowing our human selves all the space it needs to process the emotional journey.

After sitting with this for some time I decided to share a personal guided journey that I took where I was shown clearly, through my own lived experience the difference between the 3rd, 4th and 5th Dimension.

It involves surfing black holes, Dorothy, and Mermaids - it was quite the ride!

I was left with pristine clarity of where we are heading as a collective, and how to step into this together.
