Awesome!

I love my daily 60 seconds of solitude meditations. Just a short time out from the hurly burly of life. Melissa is great at settling you in to your time out and provides excellent prompts too. Would recommend these podcasts to anyone who needs a starting point with meditation or even those who are experienced but just are finding it hard to squeeze in a daily session.
