Sleep meditation
I found the zzzzzzz sleep meditation a few years ago but then couldn’t find it again. I’m so happy I’ve found it again, I’m out like a light with it and never remember it ending! Couldn’t recommend more!
Meditation made real
I listen to the morning energiser to help me get out of bed. I used to hit the snooze button but now I listen to Stin, do the breathing, feel the energy and get out of bed after she’s wished me a great day.
