Meg Matthews straightforwardly tackles the menopause & delivers no nonsense information which is SO powerful - knowledge empowers. So thank you Meg & producer Louise.

However I really feel that we Menos who are engaged & inspired & more informed than we were, along with experts need to demand that our public servants - GPs & Practice nurse’s are supported & encouraged to upskill in this field. My own GP has been very “supportive” but I have had to research, educate myself & seek private consultation to get to a “better” place. I am resourceful, capable & able to afford private consultations - BUT the improvement in my quality of life & future health should be a right for ALL Menos in the UK, not just those that have the time & resources to seek help.

Mixed review

Topic is great, guests are interesting and well informed but the would be even better if the host Meg wouldn’t talk over and interrupt her guests as much.

Honestly

At last an open discussion on what’s it’s like . I just get diagnosed with unmanageable depression. One week into hrt and already feeling the benefits. Can totally relate to the rage and hot sweats!
