Exactly what i need

I used to think meal prep was just for the gym bros but verona helped me see that isn’t. The CEO’s diet program is unreal my family LOVE the recipes she gave us each week

Easy to listen to and straight to the point!

The podcast is engaging, it makes sense, and it gets to the point and doesn’t drag which is good because it means your we as an audience are more likely to listen till the end.

A few things I would like to hear as a listener is;
-What has your experience been with this type of weight loss method (group coaching)
-Why you thinks it’s the best way forward - I know you mentioned what a group coaching is like for you, but more real life examples might help to cause listeners to empathise and be more intrigued?
-Why you’ve decided to offer this service?
-Why should people trust you to coach them? (Kinda like the above point)
-Are there any reviews from people you have coached before (if you have coached people before)
