Love this podcast!

I found this podcast two days ago and have been binge listening ever since, I already feel so much more positive - I feel a weight lifting and a light dawning!!! It’s empowering, kind, fun at times, intelligent, accessible. It’s so good I want to share it with as many people as I can.

This podcast is changing my life!

In the three weeks since I began listening to Rhonda and Chris, I have gone from an angry, irritable, stressed-out, crybaby mama and wife to a much more tolerable version of myself. At 50 years old, with two child under 10, I have very little alone time and usually felt like a rotten mom. I often assume to know how to care for everyone in my life but I wasn’t doing a good job caring for me. I am now inspired to change my career, after 30 years as an RN, I am burned out and have been looking for a big change. I’ve embraced naps, downtime, bath time, essential oils, yoga and am actively searching for a new medical professional to work with me through menopause and beyond. And perhaps most importantly for me, coming up on my 20 year wedding anniversary and wondering how much longer we could make it, I’ve involved my husband by sharing the information and encouraging him to listen in, too. Thank you just isn’t enough.
