Wow wow wow!
I throughly enjoy listening to Mental Conversations with the varied and interesting topics within the mental health niche that are so relatable. It’s so great to have this platform to access such an incredible podcast, helping listeners know they aren’t alone. It’s more important than ever to talk about mental health and stop any stigmas, so thank you Chris!
Interesting conversations!
I find it great to hear from individuals all over Leeds who are in the health and wellbeing sector and/or those who have suffered with mental health issues. Chris’ guests offer different approaches and perspectives that may help some people who are searching for support. He asks frank questions, doesn’t shy away from tough subjects and has a good sense of humour to boot. Worth listening to!
Essential listening
The stigma around mental health is gradually, thankfully, being lifted, and this podcast goes a long way to helping that process.
Chris uses his experiences to look at mental health in an approachable way, helped by his knowledgeable guests. If you or anyone you know has been affected by mental health issues then I highly recommend listening to this podcast.
