Thank you
What astonishing podcasts. I have been diagnosed with Cyclothymia and couldn’t find much information. The secret psychiatrist and dialectical behaviour podcasts are so helpful and calming. I can’t thank you enough. Keep up this essential work.
Brilliant Podcast with an awesome Host
I love the Mental Health Book Club podcast. It is friendly and heart warming to listen to, Sydney’s approach to guests and the atmosphere that she creates on the podcast is a real treat. I love resources like this that share such useful information on mental health which is a topic close to my heart, and I was lucky enough to come on the podcast for an episode this year! Great work!
