3 years ago, Davey & Damian started on a journey. With their friends & special guests they wanted to have real talk about their mental health. They wanted to laugh. They wanted to get better and they wanted to inspire others to talk. MenTalkHealth grew and grew and a charity was formed. Something amazing came from their darkest moments.
All good things must come to an end though. In their last podcast together, we say goodbye to Davey & Damian. As MenTalkHealth grew, so too did Davey & Damian’s mental resilience. Both in places they never imagined was possible and feeling happier, healthier and stronger than ever, it’s time for these best mates to say goodbye and enjoy their lives. They are proof that, no matter how hopeless it may seem, no matter how hard you have to fight, it can get better.
Join them one last time. Their language is still crude, their jokes are still painfully honest and their love and support for each other is still inspiring to all.

MenTalkHealth belongs to everyone, the podcast will continue but it’s time to hear different stories that get more people laughing and talking about mental health.

Looking after your mental health is a continuous effort. After a good run both Davey and Damian find themselves battling setbacks in their own journeys. Fearful they are sliding backwards they invite their friend, Chris, to come talk with them who helps them see how far they have all come since stating MenTalkHealth. Supportive talk soon turns to laughter & bad language as our boys take time to recognise their successes.

    Sextunities & Sexgrets

It’s been over two years since Davey & Damian started MenTalkHealth and they are taking a trip down memory lane to get back to basics. Back then the two of them would sit down together over a drink and take the time to really talk about their mental health. In this very special episode our boys get a chance to laugh louder and longer as they take stock of just how far they have come on their mental health journeys. The conversation is real, rude and heartfelt just like their friendship and support for each other.

Honest and brave

Such an open and honest team behind this blog. They manage to talk a serious subject and make you laugh and smile. A much needed resourse for those suffering with their mental health. If only we could all be so brave as to share how we are truly feeling. Keep it up guys. x
