Customer Reviews
Different perspectives
Really good to hear how others manage.
Raw and real
I really like listening to this podcast. As someone who has gone through some of issues discussed I really relate to it.
It's also very raw in how the guests share their own mental health journeys.
The only reason I have knocked a star off is sometimes the sound quality can be distracting. Especially if an episode has been recorded in a cafe you can hear this etc.
Excellent and widely relateable
I adore this podcast! The interviews are candid and real, full of personality and the humour which keeps them uplifting. I think it's something that would be highly relateable and accessible to anyone, with or without a mental health disorder, as it highlights many varying topics and differing perspectives. I just feeled buoyed up, calmer, and generally a little more enlightened after listening to any of the episodes...thank you for creating them! :)
