    Our attachments begin to form from inception as part of our survival mechanism. They are our way of navigating through the world we live in. However, there are those that limit us from being our authentic selves.
    It is therefore imperative that we recognise and let go of the ones that do not serve us, as well as understand our necessity for authenticity. How do we do this when our attachments are connected to our everyday interactions?
    These are some of the points that Dr. Ray Sylvester and I will delve into today’s episode. This is already the third part of our new series of podcasts.

    Although attachments are part of our lives, being overly concerned about them is detrimental to us. It is only when we learn to disengage that we discover our authentic self and gain more peace and fulfillment.

    We all have attachments; they are part of our needs. However, most of us give-in to them which in turn, make us live less than who we can be.

Pete Cohen - The Motivator of mind, body and health!

Pete Cohens podcasts are always informative about your mind body and health.
Great episode with training expert Collin Deans. I agree with Collin that Pete’s the most enthusiastic person I have ever had the privilege to meet at events I have attended.
This episode with Collin really resonated with me as I’m in my early 50’s and want to keep on moving my body to get fitter and stronger.
I will definitely be checking out collin Dean’s Instagram reels demonstrating in how we should move our body…

What can I say but WOW

I don’t usually leave reviews but Pete Cohen podcast is the best in my opinion he asks really good questions wich don’t just scratch at the service they go deep u see the skin so you get more value from his content IN MY OPINION but let’s face it this is why you are reading my review right now take a listen to a couple of episodes which resonate with you and you will hopefully experience the same thing I did
