    Loving Kindness Micro Meditation

    Focus on tapping into ways to help you go easy on yourself when you contract and pull that anxiety knot tighter and tighter by judging or beating yourself up. This practice may also help you let go a bit and move more in the direction of expansion rather than contraction. This practice can help you start to soften and to accept both others and yourself as we are. This helps you let go of what's happened in the past and learn from it so you can move forward in the present. It might even change the brain region that gets activated when you get anxious or caught up in self-judgment. This brain region also gets really quiet when we practice loving kindness.
