Wonderful

I am totally new to the world of meditation, until I discovered mindful in minutes. I was very sceptical at first, thinking this wouldn’t help me fall asleep or make me think more clearly, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The way Kelly talks and her tone is incredible and she has a way of making you feel at ease and relaxed as soon as she starts talking. I would recommend this podcast to anyone xx
