Too little of a good thing

I just enjoyed this series so much and you’re a great tutor. Walking in the forest was for me the most effective and transportive so I’d love to see more experimentation in that area please. Thanks

Lovely, relaxing, short and sweet

Lovely relaxing series and not too long so you can fit it in to your hectic life to gain perspective and calm yourself in a short space of time.
I find it works a treat and really brings me back to earth; slowing my breathing and my mind.
