    Catherine Kenneally is a forty-something microbiologist turned engineer turned nutritionist who has run her own nutrition practice for the past 10 years. She sees private clients and also lectures in nutritional therapy. She notices from clients and friends that the 40s are the age when many women start to notice symptoms of getting older - tiredness, achyness and 'flat'. Most peopIe think that this is an unavoidable part of getting older. They are also often concerned about what menopause has in store for them.
