Minger without the 'M' The podcast that aims to take away the titles and explores what's underneath.
Getting It Wrong
Another solo episode from me exploring what it means to get it wrong and how much you can achieve from getting it wrong.
Underneath The Title: I'm just a woman trying to conquer the sporting world
When I went into this interview with Parris Williams I was so unprepared for the amount of impact it would have on my own life let along how amazing this interview would be.
Parris is truly the queen of a winning mindset and as much as we discuss her sport and the physical aspects of it and break down what she demands of herself in her sport. It was so inspiring to hear how much work goes on behind the scene of becoming a GB triathelete and how much her whole life is worked around being the best she can be.
This episode has so many amazing takeaways throughout it and I know you'll finish this one feeling as inspired as I am by Parris.

Underneath the title: I'm here to embrace the one life I've got
In this episode I sat down with Fiona from She Can She Did who is paving the way for female founders and business owners to carve out their own path and find their way in the world of business.
She aims to unveil the truth behind building and running a business and creates a support network of in-person events and hosts a podcast for like-minded ambitious women.
I was so inspired by this girls unwavering determination to succeed and tried to dig deep into why she is the way she is and what inspires her to be so driven.
We talk about growing up, the influences we have in life and the way we experience different things that shape us into who we are today.
A lovely episode to listen in on if you need a serious boost of inspiration and a can-do attitude.

Underneath the title: I'm a Super Human
In this episode I sat down with Helen Hellrasier - a professional UFC fighter to explore the mindset and lifestyle behind someone who pushes themselves relentlessly to earn the title of UFC fighter.
She is certainly a very interesting person who is very driven by empowering others and herself and ensuring that she is doing the best she can to live up to her potential.
We discussed everything from her journey to where she is now, how she has to stay driven and what about her that has made her more inclined to pursue a life in professional UFC.
We also discussed her training business and the clients she works with and the drive she has in helping them to feel empowered and in touch with their own abilities.
You can find out more about Helen on her Instagram account or have a quick youtube search for her to watch her fights.
Underneath the title: I try to live my life in my own style
In this episode I sit down with 'G' who is the Global brand Ambassador for Luxardo and talk to him about how he made it from fired bartender to Brand Ambassador in 5 months with a unique mixture of style; determination and strategy.
We discuss how he breaks down his goals into achievable tasks, how he always goes one step further than he needs to and how his own beliefs are ingrained in hip hop culture and the mentality of being true to yourself and your own style.
We also talk about his new initiative that he has set up to help the struggling hospitality industry during the coronavirus pandemic and how he keeps motivated to push himself.

I can't take no for an answer
I had an experience recently which I wasn't expecting and really threw me off guard.
I made me cross, angry and frustrated all at once; but it made me realise that I simply can't take no for an answer sometimes.
And so in this episode I explore that; I take a look at moments where I haven't accepted a 'no'; why I act like this sometimes and where it has come from.
And I wonder if you're the same way too!

Inge’s so engaging and wriggles into people’s heads!
I love the way Inge’s mind works to ask questions I didn’t even think of! She’s funny and engaging and I love the feeling of just eavesdropping on a tasty conversation that’s happening on the table next to you in a coffee shop.
Love this! So relatable ❤️
This interview certainly held up a mirror for me. I noticed correlations in my own habits, behaviour and thoughts which have influenced my own journey, and gave me the opportunity to reflect on why those might be in place. Looking forward to listening to more! (especially Ep 2) #plug
