Miss Me?

Join friends since birth Lily Allen and Miquita Oliver twice a week for their transatlantic catch-ups, discussing everything from the highs and lows of their lives to the biggest cultural moments of the week. Every Monday, Lily and Miquita will throw the show open and invite questions on a theme; celebrity weddings, indie sleaze, orgasms, lies… Then on Thursdays, they’ll pick apart the world around them with unfiltered conversation on everything from intimacy to interiors, from exercise to elections. S&m have such natural chemistry and make each other laugh. Think when lily is on it leans too heavily on everything she says/thinks love her loads but it doesn’t feel like an equal platform the chemistry feels very one way and it’s more serious. X
Loved Simon & Miquita Popworld ep

Bring back Lily

Jordon is so obsessed with himself. Bring back Lily!! Can’t deal with another man talking about how hard it is to be a man. So tone deaf on a podcast that was about heroing female experience. Lily wouldn’t have put up with this.
Brainless drivel

Without Lily, this podcast has turned into mindless chatter. So many topics discussed are misinformed. I am really not enjoying the guest hosts. Pairing them with the incessant giggling from Miquita, I’ve found myself turning off episodes half way through, whereas when Lily was on, I’d listen to the whole thing and often wish the episodes were longer. This podcast doesn’t work without Lily Allen - they would’ve been better off taking a break completely and starting up again when Lily feels up to it.
